By accessing and using PolyTrade Pro's Polymarket copy trading bot platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
PolyTrade Pro provides an automated copy trading bot for Polymarket prediction markets. Our service allows users to:
- Mirror trades from successful Polymarket traders
- Automate prediction market trading strategies
- Access real-time trading analytics and performance metrics
- Manage risk through customizable position sizing and category filtering
3. User Responsibilities
Users of our platform agree to:
- Provide accurate wallet information and maintain security of private keys
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency trading
- Use the service at their own risk and conduct independent research
- Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform's operations
- Not share account credentials or subscription access with unauthorized parties
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading prediction markets and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our Polymarket copy trading bot is a tool that automates trading based on user-selected strategies, but it does not eliminate risk. Users should only trade with funds they can afford to lose and should thoroughly understand the risks involved before using automated trading systems.
5. Non-Custodial Service
PolyTrade Pro is a non-custodial service. We never hold, control, or have access to your funds. All trades are executed directly from your wallet using encrypted API connections. You maintain full control and responsibility for your assets at all times.
6. Subscription and Payments
Our service operates on a subscription basis with three tiers: Starter ($99), Pro ($299), and Enterprise ($499). Payment terms include:
- Payments are processed in USDC cryptocurrency
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are not provided after service activation
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, and technology provided by PolyTrade Pro are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal trading purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
PolyTrade Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to trading losses, technical failures, or unauthorized access. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard settings.
